This enables us to collect the data we need to perfect the NPI as a matter of routine, which helps streamline our activities and ensure optimum efficiency.
Moreover, the same sources provide the data we need to prepare each customer’s reports, which saves duplication and ensures consistency. In fact, we use this approach rigorously throughout the entire product lifecycle, to monitor performance internally, report to our customers on every build, and drive continuous improvement.
